1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MASAT — Marketplace Seller Assistant platform, operated by S.C. MASAT DIGITAL S.R.L. (“the Company,” “We,” or “MASAT”).
 By accessing and using our services through the website www.masat.ro or the web application https://app.masat.ro/ (“the MASAT Application”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these terms.
 If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

MASAT — Marketplace Seller Assistant is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed exclusively for sellers operating on eMAG Romania, offering advanced tools for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing product performance.
 Our goal is to support sellers in making data-driven decisions that promote sustainable growth.

The “MASAT — Marketplace Seller Assistant” trademark is registered with OSIM and owned exclusively by MASAT Digital SRL.
 Any unauthorized use of the name, logo, or brand materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Definitions

  • “MASAT Platform” — the online application accessible at https://app.masat.ro/
     • “User” — any natural or legal person who creates an account on the platform
     • “MASAT Account” — the user’s virtual space that grants access to platform features
     • “Subscription” — a monthly or annual plan offered by MASAT in exchange for payment
     • “Free Version” — the free version of the platform with limited functionality
     • “eMAG API Data” — information obtained by connecting the user’s eMAG seller account via the official API

4. Description of MASAT Services

MASAT offers eMAG sellers a suite of tools designed for performance analysis and optimization:

  • X Scan — analyzes estimated sales and identifies product potential

  • PxL Calculator — provides precise net profit calculations, including eMAG fees, transport, and fulfillment costs

  • Keyword Tracker — monitors product positions in eMAG search results

  • MASAT Dashboard — centralizes sales and performance data

The platform is fully web-based and requires no local installation.
 Access is granted through a registered account created using an email address and password.

5. Account Creation and Access

To use MASAT services, the user must create an account at https://app.masat.ro by filling out a form with their email address and chosen password.
 The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

6. Plans, Pricing, and Payments

MASAT offers three types of plans: Free Version, Monthly Subscription, and Annual Subscription.
 Plans are priced in EUR, and payments are securely processed via Stripe.
 Discounts for annual plans may be applied directly within the app.
 All payments are final, except as specified in the Refund Policy.

7. Refund Policy (14 Days)

Users who purchase a subscription may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, even if the platform has been used.
 Refund requests must be sent to office@masat.ro, and refunds will be processed via Stripe within 1–5 business days.
 After the 14-day period expires, payments are non-refundable.

8. eMAG API Integration and Usage

MASAT uses the official eMAG Marketplace API, provided by Dante International S.A., to allow users to authorize connections to their seller accounts.
 Access to the API is available only to registered eMAG sellers who possess valid API keys.
 Data transmitted through the API is encrypted and used exclusively for connecting to the user’s account and displaying relevant information.

MASAT complies with all technical and legal requirements set by the eMAG API Terms and Conditions, including those related to security, encryption, and liability limitations.
 Users are prohibited from using the platform to extract or redistribute data obtained via the API without authorization.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the MASAT platform — including source code, interface, graphics, text, and design — belong exclusively to MASAT Digital SRL.
 Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of any content without the Company’s written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

MASAT is an analytical and decision-support tool.
 The Company does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes and is not responsible for business decisions made by users.
 MASAT assumes no liability for eMAG API errors, temporary unavailability, data loss, or changes to marketplace structure.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

MASAT Digital SRL processes user personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws.
 For detailed information on how data is collected and used, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on our website.

12. Non-Affiliation with eMAG

MASAT Digital SRL is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by Dante International S.A. (eMAG).
 Any reference to eMAG is made solely for identifying the marketplace platform to which the MASAT application connects.
 The Company is in the process of applying for inclusion in the eMAG SPN (Service Providers Network) program.

13. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes will first be resolved amicably within 15 business days of notification.
 If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Ilfov, Romania.
 Consumers may also contact ANPC or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (SOL): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MASAT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect legislative or technical changes.
 The updated version will be published on www.masat.ro, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
