3. What data do I need to provide to use MASAT?
You will connect your eMag seller account and enter information about your company (SRL, VAT, Tax Rates, Shipping Methods, etc.). This way we ensure that the data and calculations are 100% relevant to you.
4. Is it safe to connect my eMag account to MASAT?
Yes. MASAT uses secure and encrypted connections, and access is only done with your permission. We never share your data with third parties.
5. How do subscriptions and payments work?
You can choose between 3 monthly plans (Lite, Premium, Pro). Payments are made monthly, and you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum contract period.
6. Do you offer a free trial period?
Yes! We offer a free trial period for you to test the platform before subscribing.
7. What do "Campaign Estimator" and "X Scan" mean?
These are features that are currently being rolled out. Campaign Estimator helps you simulate the results of eMag promotions, and X Scan analyzes your competitors’ listings and strategy.
8. Can I use MASAT if I also sell on other marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)?
Currently, MASAT is exclusively dedicated to eMag sellers. In the future, we will expand integrations to other platforms.
9. Can I earn money by promoting MASAT?
