Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the MASAT — Marketplace Seller Assistant platform, operated by S.C. MASAT DIGITAL S.R.L. (“the Company,” “We,” or “MASAT”).
It governs the conditions under which a user (“You” or “the Client”) may request a refund of paid amounts or the cancellation of an active subscription.
This Policy complements the Terms and Conditions available at www.masat.ro.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of your subscription purchase, without providing any reason and without penalties.
If you request a refund within this period, you will receive the full amount paid, regardless of whether you have used the platform.

3. Refund Conditions

  1. a) Monthly Subscriptions — You can request a full refund within 14 days of payment. After this period, the amount paid is non-refundable, but you may continue to use the services until the subscription expires.
  2. b) Annual Subscriptions — You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be granted, but your account will remain active until the end of the paid term.
  3. c) Free Version — being free of charge, is not covered by this policy.

4. Refund Request and Processing Procedure

To request a refund, you must send a written request to office@masat.ro, indicating the email address associated with your account and the transaction details.
Requests submitted within the legal 14-day period will be processed within 7 business days from confirmation.

All refunds are issued exclusively through the same payment channel originally used (Stripe), directly to the account used for the purchase.
Refund requests via cash, direct bank transfer, or alternative methods are not accepted.

5. Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day period;

  • Abuse of the platform or violation of the Terms and Conditions;

  • Failure to use the service due to reasons beyond MASAT’s control (e.g., lack of internet connection, external API errors).

6. Subscription Cancellation and Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically, unless the user manually cancels them from their account at https://app.masat.ro.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, without penalties, and your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Subscription cancellation does not imply a refund of already paid amounts.

MASAT Digital S.R.L. reserves the right to update this Policy to reflect legislative, technical, or operational changes.
The updated version will be published on our website, indicating the date of the last revision.
