3. Available legal documents
By creating an account and using the services at https://app.masat.ro you confirm that you have read and accept the documents below.
3.1 Terms and Conditions
The general rules for using the platform, the rights and obligations of both parties, plans and payments, acceptable use, service availability, limitation of liability and dispute resolution. Includes the rules on connecting your eMAG account.
3.2 Privacy Policy (GDPR)
How we collect, use and protect personal data, the legal bases we rely on, who we share data with, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
3.3 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The contract required by Art. 28 GDPR, which applies when MASAT processes, on your behalf, the personal data of your end customers retrieved from your eMAG account. It is accepted automatically on account creation; a signable version is available on request.
3.4 Sub-processors
The up-to-date list of providers who process data on our behalf, with each one’s role and place of processing. Changes are announced 30 days in advance.
3.5 Cookie Policy
The cookies used on the website and in the application, their purposes and duration, and how you manage your consent.
3.6 Refund and Cancellation Policy
The conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel your subscription, including the 14-day money-back guarantee.
3.7 eMAG API Usage Policy
How we integrate and use data obtained through the official eMAG Marketplace API, how the connection is authenticated, and how you can disconnect your account.
4. User responsibility
Using the MASAT platform implies full acceptance of the documents listed above. You are responsible for:
- keeping your MASAT login details confidential;
- the accuracy of the information provided in your account and for billing;
- complying with the eMAG terms and conditions applicable to your seller account;
- the lawfulness of your own commercial activity, including the listings and prices you publish.
5. Updates to the documents
MASAT Digital S.R.L. may amend these documents to reflect legislative, technological or operational changes.
- Minor changes are published on www.masat.ro with the date indicated.
- Substantial changes are notified by e-mail and in the application at least 30 days before they take effect.
Previous versions are archived and can be requested at office@masat.ro.
6. Our relationship with eMAG
MASAT Digital S.R.L. is listed in the eMAG Service Providers Network (SPN), the official directory of tools and service providers for eMAG sellers: marketplace.emag.ro/infocenter/emag-spn/masat. Being listed there does not make MASAT part of Dante International S.A. (eMAG), nor does it mean eMAG endorses or guarantees our services. MASAT is an independent company.
